The World Mail & Express Asia Conference (WMXAsia) is one of the premier annual events in the Asia Pacific region for express couriers, postal services, parcel delivery, logistics, and e-commerce logistics. Last month, our Global COO and CEO of Quantium Solutions, Mr. Eddie Lee, P.E., had the pleasure of participating in the 2025 event, where he was invited to engage in a fireside chat on “Customer Centricity.” During this discussion, he shared how Morning Global Group differentiates our products and solutions to adapt to the evolving shipping behaviors of brands, retailers, and marketplaces from various regions around the world.
The Q&A session featured lively questions from the audience directed at Eddie, focusing on trends in customer segmentation between international express/commercial services and international postal services. Additionally, there was specific inquiry regarding our perspective on the courier industry in Hong Kong and its development within the Greater Bay Area (GBA) in China.
